Log into your video phone from a different location

Getting Started:

To assist you in getting started with your video phone there are a number of resources including videos to watch, training guides to follow as well as room-based training to attend.

Standard Video Phone: The Standard Phone will be used by the majority of staff at the university. You will recognise this phone as it has four buttons on the left hand-side of the screen.

Premium Video Phone: The Premium Phone will be used by staff who require multiple line appearances on their phone. You will recognise this phone as it has six buttons on the left hand-side of the screen, as well the screen is a touch-screen.

How to Fix a Video Phone Fault

Standard Video Phone

Setup Phone Profile

If your phone was used by someone before you, you may need to change the owner of extension / update the phone profile so your Griffith ID (sNumber) is linked to the extension. Once you have a phone profile, you will need to setup the voice mailbox on your video phone before you can access any messages.
