Are you moving location?
Explore a few options for moving desks at Griffith.
When you are allocated a Griffith phone, your personal details (name and Griffith ID) are linked to the handset.
If you are using a desk at a different location for a short period, you can use extension mobility to log into that desk phone with your own details.
If you are moving, you may be able to take your extension with you.
Where are you moving?
New location on same campus
You may take your existing desk phone and extension number with you. Simply unplug the phone then reconnect at your new location.
Update to staff directory
When you relocate, please log a request to update your location in the Griffith staff directory.
New location on different campus
When moving to a different campus, please leave your handset and extension number for the next staff member.
Speak with your supervisor for your requirements in your new location. To take over an existing extension, you may log a request form.
If there is not a handset in your new location, log a request for a new extension.
