For your Information:

International roaming is the ability to use your existing Griffith mobile voice and data service while overseas. It is  only available upon request for staff travelling on official University business and all requests must be approved by your Head of School or Department prior to submission.

Please be aware that using your phone overseas is expensive and charges are not included in your Griffith mobile call and data plan. Roaming should only be used if free WiFi hotspots, Eduroam or a local SIM are not viable options.

NOTE: All mobile services with international roaming will be subject to an audit by Griffith University on a 6 monthly basis to confirm whether the service is still required. As part of the audit, the International Roaming form will need to be re-submitted or roaming may be removed from your service. Only Griffith executive staff and VIPs can have International Roaming permanently enabled.
