Participant Feedback
"Multiple opportunities to observe, provide, and receive feedback on coaching was so impactful to my learning. Explanation and application of multiple relevant theoretical frameworks. The positive, strengths-based approach was great."
"The Workshops and the systematic approach to the Manager as Coach program was very useful. All three components were important but the first 2 were the foundation for the 3rd. The methodology for the program was very good and Mary was exceptional in her ability to challenge people to think outside the box."
"I've used this to coach students and staff during a need for difficult conversations. I felt both student and staff benefited from the position of trust we established, with the conversation going much better than it could have before this training."
"Arguably the most valuable training program I have undertaken because of the practical ways it can be applied immediately and with effect. Mary's delivery style is very engaging - I am not sure if I ever heard the word 'NO' come out of her mouth - she finds truth and value in the comments of every participant which means you get greater participation because people aren't afraid to contribute. I think every person at Griffith with the responsibility of supervising others should be encouraged to do this program. This program is well worth the investment."
