Staff portal links

The staff portal provides links to many applications allowing staff to find them quickly and easily.

Applications are stored externally to the staff portal servers.

Where possible all files required (templates, style sheets, script files, images) should be stored locally to the application and delivered through the same server.

After an application is live and ready for public use, links to it from the Staff portal can be requested. Whenever a request to add or modify a link to an application is received, a review is conducted to make sure the application adequately provides:

  • intranet branding
  • automatic authentication from the staff portal
  • a positive user experience
