The Learning@Griffith team provide the External Marks Toolbar to make it easier to quickly and accurately move marks from one spreadsheet to another - for example the exam scanning spreadsheet into the Mark Centre spreadsheet, which can then be uploaded back into the Mark Centre and later transferred to PeopleSoft.

You should ensure that your version of the toolbar is up-to-date - if you are using an older version you may encounter bugs that have already been fixed in the newest version of the toolbar.  Usually, the toolbar will uninstall itself from your Excel automatically, and when you need to use it again you can download the latest version below.  If you have a very old version we may need to help you uninstall it - contact us if you suspect this is the case.

This toolbar can be used to assist in copying marks from an organisation site (e.g. Study Smart) or from other sources such as scanned exam results, ALEC, SPARK or any Excel spreadsheet to the Mark Centre.

Download a copy of the toolbar (below), save it to your computer,  and double-click to open it. You can safely click the buttons to trust the content, or to Enable Macros - two options that may be presented to you during the install process.
