Call for Nominations
The Head, Corporate Governance, Dr Rebecca Voisey, as Returning Officer, hereby gives notice of the intention to conduct an election for academic staff membership on Academic Committee sub-committees:
Board of Graduate Research
- One member of the academic staff of the University to be elected by members of the academic staff of the University
The electoral roll consists of academic staff of the University who are at Level A, B, C, D or E, on current contracts of six months or more, and employed at 50% or above.
Internationalisation Advisory Committee
- One member of the academic staff of the University to be elected by members of the academic staff of the University
The electoral roll consists of academic staff of the University who are at Level A, B, C, D or E, on current contracts of six months or more, and employed at 50% or above.
Learning & Teaching Committee
- One member of the academic staff of the University to be elected by members of the academic staff of the University
The electoral roll consists of academic staff of the University who are at Level A, B, C, D or E, on current contracts of six months or more, and employed at 50% or above.
Group Boards
AEL Group Board
- One member of the AEL continuing academic staff to be elected by members of the academic staff on the electoral roll for the Group at the time the election process is conducted
GBS Group Board
- One member of the GBS continuing academic staff to be elected by members of the academic staff on the electoral roll for the Group at the time the election process is conducted
HTH Group Board
- One member of the HTH continuing academic staff to be elected by members of the academic staff on the electoral roll for the Group at the time the election process is conducted
SCG Group Board
- One member of the SCG continuing academic staff to be elected by members of the academic staff on the electoral roll for the Group at the time the election process is conducted
Persons wishing to stand for nomination must:
- be listed on the electoral roll for the position; and
- submit a completed nomination form.
Persons nominated for a position (unless declared elected unopposed) will be elected by the persons on the electoral roll for the position.

Elections will be conducted with integrity and fairness, using an open and transparent election process and a secure voting system, and guided by the principles set out in the Elections Policy, Elections Procedure and Electoral Code.
