Call for Nominations

The Manager, Corporate Governance, Michelle Bouwhuis, as Returning Officer, hereby gives notice of the intention to conduct an election to fill the following positions on University Committee:

Academic Committee

• One undergraduate student who is on the undergraduate students roll to be elected by members of the undergraduate students roll of the University.  This member shall be from the Arts, Education and Law Group.

GBS Group Board

• One HDR Candidate of the University enrolled in a HDR program directly identified with the Group, elected by the HDR Candidates on the electoral roll for the Group at the time the election process is conducted

Persons wishing to stand for nomination must:

1. be listed on the electoral roll for the position; and
2. submit a completed nomination form.

Persons nominated for a position (unless declared elected unopposed) will be elected by the persons on the electoral roll for the position.

Elections will be conducted with integrity and fairness, using an open and transparent election process and a secure voting system, and guided by the principles set out in the Elections Policy, Elections Procedure and Electoral Code.
