Troubleshooting
Unable to access Learning@Griffith training - "You are not authorised to access this component"
Typically, staff and students should be automatically enrolled in the Health and Safety training organisations on Learning@Griffith which would enable access to the mandatory Health and Safety training. There are however infrequent errors that may result in a staff member not being automatically enrolled. To resolve this, please scroll to the bottom of the left hand navigation menu until you see a green plus (+) symbol marked "Enrol" and click on this. Once enrolled, please attempt to access the training module again. Should you still encounter issues, please send a screenshot of your error message and any further relevant details to hrandsafety@griffith.edu.au
I have completed my onboarding training but am receiving regular reminder emails
Onboarding task reminder emails are sent when there are tasks left in your onboarding module that you have not manually marked as complete. If you have completed your onboarding training (this can be checked via GSafe under 'Certifications') please navigate to 'My Staff Page' and open your 'Employee Onboarding' module and mark any outstanding tasks as complete by selecting the task in the left hand navigation menu, and then clicking on the 'Mark Task Complete' button in the top right hand corner of the screen. Once all tasks have been marked as complete you will no longer receive reminder notifications.
