Student surveys are managed by the Communications and Surveys team. Griffith conducts a number of surveys throughout the student lifecycle (from application through to post-graduation) to gather valuable feedback and facilitate continuous improvement at Griffith.

Student surveys help to:

  • Improve learning and teaching outcomes, including course design and delivery
  • Discover insights to help improve graduate employment opportunities
  • Reward and recognize remarkable teachers

What it measures: the student experience of their courses and teaching

Eligibility: undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students in their first or last year of studies.

What it measures: the experiences gained during university in relation to skills development, learner engagement, teaching quality, student support and learning resources.

International Student Barometer (ISB)

Eligibility: all international students

What it measures: the  international student experience from pre-arrival to ongoing study experiences

Eligibility: all students

Graduate Outcomes Survey (GOS)

Eligibility: recent graduates from undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

What it measures: collects information related to the graduate employment outcomes, program satisfaction and postgraduate research satisfaction.

Higher Degree by Research (HDR) Candidate Experience survey

Eligibility: current Higher Degree by Research candidates.

What it measures: collects information related to HDR candidate experience of resources, facilities and support available to them, the supervision they receive and the support they receive in developing their skills.
