Basic video conferencing meeting room

Suitable for:

  • Executive Office or Small Meeting Room
  • Sharing content from a laptop or other device
  • < 4m room size

Features:

  • One screen
  • Wall mounted or a mobile unit
  • 1 x VGA/HDMI input

All Basic Video Conferencing Meeting Room touch panels have a number of key benefits, including:

  • Full integration between the video conferencing room and the video phones
  • Ability to hold meetings from anywhere, even from your desk
  • Better call quality
  • A more uniform user experience, whether calling from video conferencing rooms, video phones, desktops, mobile devices
  • A generally better, easier and more reliable experience when using the Basic Video Conference Rooms
  • Video conference with multiple parties internal and external to Griffith University
  • Present information from a laptop or other device (via VGA or HDMI connection)

Standard video conferencing meeting room

Suitable for:

  • Medium to Large Meeting Room
  • Sharing content from a laptop or other device
  • 2m to 8m room size

Features:

  • One or two screens
  • Wall mounted
  • 1 x VGA/HDMI input

All Standard Video Conferencing Meeting Room touch panels have a number of key benefits, including:

  • Full integration between the video conferencing room and the video phones

Advanced video conferencing collaboration room

Suitable for:

  • Large Meeting Room
  • Sharing content from a laptop or other device
  • 4m to 8m room size

Features:

  • Two screens
  • Wall mounted
  • Includes a Projector, House PC, Blu Ray Player (not available in all rooms)
  • 2 x VGA/HDMI inputs

In this room you can:

  • Video conference with multiple parties internal and external to Griffith University
  • Present information from a laptop or other device (via VGA or HDMI connection) while in a video conference
  • Present information from a House PC while in a video conference
  • Present information from a laptop or other device (via VGA or HDMI connection) while in a meeting
  • Present information from a House PC while in a meeting
  • Present information from a Blu-ray player while in a meeting

Teaching spaces

There are two types of video conference enabled teaching spaces at the university, these are the Seminar Rooms and Lecture Theatres.

University seminar rooms allow for teaching classes over video conferencing and can also be used for general meetings. Note: priority will be given for teaching bookings. The University seminar rooms do not support high-definition display but can connect with all other video conference systems.
