With SLAWe will
AInstall appropriately licensed software. Answer questions about the product at most levels of expertise.
BInstall appropriately licensed software. Answer questions with some level of expertise.
CInstall appropriately licensed software. These products are not supported with training but are recognised by Digital Solutions.

Best-Effort Support

Best-effort support is not covered under the same SLA as our supported services. We cannot guarantee full resolution or future support for any issue and support may take longer to resolve.

Best-effort support will be provided to devices that meet the minimum hardware requirements for Griffith University systems to run. For more information, please visit the IT Requirements webpage.
