A high level change management strategy and communication plan have been developed for the Patient Management System upgrade project at Griffith Health.
The purpose of the strategy is to outline how the change management team will undertake the recommended change and communications activities and defined deliverables for the project. The strategy and its associated artefact's aim to support the identified key stakeholders and wider university community through the major changes that will impact them as a result of the implementation of this project.
Detailed change management, training and communication activities will be updated on this site and stakeholders will be advised of updates as they are rolled out.
