Policy Level 1:

1 Incremental per day cycle - retained for 4 weeks

2 Offsite per month cycle - retained for 12 months
2 Offsite per year cycle - retained for 7 years

Policy Level 2:
Recommended for general production systems
1 Incremental per day cycle - retained for 4 weeks
1 Full per week cycle - retained for 4 weeks
2 Offsite per month cycle - retained for 12 months

Policy Level 3:
Recommended for development systems
1 Incremental per day cycle - retained for 2 weeks
1 Full per week cycle - retained for 2 weeks
