The PMO strives for the remarkable
The Project Management Office (PMO) undertakes the central coordination and delivery of projects approved and funded under the University-wide Electronic Infrastructure Capital Plan (EICP).
The EICP ensures that the University invests in technology-based projects to most effectively meet University business priorities. These projects deliver considerable benefits to the University, ensuring our research, learning and teaching, services and business processes are supported by appropriate, cost-effective information systems and infrastructure.
Our staff work with key stakeholders and business owners in other University elements to facilitate delivery of the projects. In addition, we coordinate and deliver business-funded projects which also deliver benefits to the University.
Our projects fall under one of the four Portfolios:
- Education and Engagement Portfolio
- Supporting Research Portfolio
- Supporting University Business Portfolio
- Underlying Infrastructure Portfolio
