Graphic Designers provide professional interface, online imagery and print design, including the development of the overall look and feel of resources, design and production of graphics such as icons, banners, colour schemes and the like. These skills are deployed across a variety of formats including web, CD, DVD, video and print media.
Graphic Designers also liaise with organisations external to the University (such as printers and other design professionals) to provide direction and help manage the process for the production of multimedia and associated print projects.
Interfaces for Applications and other Multimedia have all involved the expertise of a Graphic Designer. Additionally, Graphic Designers are responsible for print work and smaller-scale graphic development tasks such as banners for Learning@Griffith course sites, as shown below.
