Scope
To support students 'at risk' from losing their 'good academic standing' systematic assessments of student performance are made at least twice throughout each semester. Students at risk are sent an email, normally between weeks 6 and 8 after assessment has been marked. Students identified as 'at risk' are to be contacted (e.g. telephone, e-mail, face-to-face) and as required referred to relevant support services. This communication is to be captured in TRIM as evidence of the University's intervention.
