Ensure that you are logged into Learning@Griffith and in the correct course site.

Adding a Pebble+ Link to a course content area

  1. Go to the relevant content area in your course
  2. Ensure Edit Mode is ON
  3. Click on the Build Content tab
  4. Click on Pebble+
  5. You can give the link an alternate name, if you prefer
  6. Click Submit

Adding an ATLAS link to a course content area

  1. Go to the relevant content area in your course
  2. Ensure Edit Mode is ON
  3. Click on the Build Content tab
  4. Click on ATLAS
  5. Rename the link to ensure that you can differentiate the associated workspace from others you may have
  6. Scroll down to the Services section and edit the following settings (if relevant):

    A) Whether you’d like to create a Mark Centre column for the ATLAS workspace
    B) The Points Possible
    C) Whether to include the column in the Mark Centre Calculations
    D) Whether to show the column to Students
  7. Scroll down to Options > Permit users to view this content. It is recommended that the ATLAS link is not made available to students.  You can either hide it from view here, or choose to move it to a folder that will be hidden from students
  8. Click Submit
  9. Click on your newly created ATLAS link to create a new workspace

Making ATLAS & Pebble+ available in your course

  1. In the left-side menu, click on Customisation
  2. Click on Tool Availability
  3. There will be 2 ATLAS rows – check the box in the AVAILABLE IN CONTENT AREA column – this is the fourth checkbox along (you’ll only be able to do this in 1 of the rows)

  4. Scroll down to Pebble+
  5. Again, there will be 2 rows – check the box in the AVAILABLE IN CONTENT AREA column – this is the fourth checkbox along (you’ll only be able to do this in 1 of the rows)

    Step 2
  6. Ensure that the AVAILABLE checkbox is ticked in the Pebble+ Resources mashup (this will be the first checkbox in that row) – See Adding a Pebble+ Resource (Mashup) link to a Content Area for further information
  7. Scroll to the top or bottom of the page and click Submit
