To access the software entitlements that have been shared with you, ensure that you complete the following steps. These steps are an initial requirement to access the folder and its contents.

Please note: the SDS is linked to the Griffith domain and cannot be accessed using your private Google Email/Drive account.

Instructions for staff

Step 1: Using a Web Interface and using your sNumber and Griffith portal password, log on using the following method.
  • From the Griffith Portal select Google Drive and Apps from Key Services on the right hand column
Step 2: Advanced search for SDS
  • In search bar type source:domain software download service (Image reference 1);
  • Select the twisty on search bar (Image reference 2); and
  • Click the Search button (Image reference 3).
Staff Search Options
Step 4: When the search results have located the SDS
Right-click the Software Download Service folder and select Add star from menu.
To locate the Software Download Service folder in future, select the Starred view from the drive's left-hand menu.

Instructions for students

Step 4: When the search results have located the SDS
Right-click the Software Download Service folder and select Add star from menu.
