Logging a help request form

When using the EIS Help Request form, please include:

  1. the name of the system you are using, i.e. Financials, Human Resources, Student Administration, Staff Portal
  2. the menu path taken if you have experienced an issue with a PeopleSoft panel or other EIS application
  3. the report name and number if you are experiencing issues with a report
  4. the date by which you require a response

Once your request is received, an e-mail acknowledgement will be sent confirming your help request number and with a brief summary of your request. Please note the help request number and use it in further correspondence with EIS Assist.

We will evaluate your request for assistance. If a known resolution is available, EIS Assist staff will action your request and confirm via e-mail or phone that the issue has been solved.

If the issue is not able to be resolved at the EIS Assist level, your request for assistance will be forwarded to the appropriate Core Support team for the system you are using. Core Business Support teams are responsible for more in-depth problem solving and evaluation of system issues.
