Visitor Access Forms
The Visitor access form has now been transitioned to PeopleSoft. In addition to logging requests for new Visitors, you can now extend existing Visitor accounts using the Renew Visitor Access form.
These forms are accessible from My Staff Pages, refer to locations below.
New Visitors: for visitors requiring temporary access to the Griffith computing resources (10 days to 12 Months, renewable);
- Staff Portal > My Staff Page > Reports and System Access > System Access > New Visitor Access
Renew Visitors: for Renewing existing visitor accounts, extending access for up to 12 months;
- Staff Portal > My Staff Page > Reports and System Access > System Access > Renew Visitor Access
Approving Visitors: for approving new or renewing Visitor access request (where necessary, refer to job aid);

Job Aids: this instructs where to access the forms, how to lodge each request and explains workflow where necessary. EIS Assist encourage all Staff who frequently lodge requests for Visitor access to read and become familiar with this job aid.
Changing Visitor Supervisor: if you need to change the supervisor for a Visitor, please email email@example.com. Ensure you include the previous supervisor, the proposed new supervisor (including S-Number) and the reason for the change.
Bulk Load for Visitors: for Staff who regularly lodge Visitor requests in bulk, the New Visitor Access form offers the functionality of loading Visitors via CSV file into the form. To lodge Visitor requests in bulk, open the template file linked here, save it to your network drive and enter Visitor details into the file. Once populated with Visitor details, load the CSV file into the New Visitor Access form and submit the request. Refer to the job aid for further instructions.
